Delivery Processing Time

Before dispatching your order, we may need to get a confirmation of your details with the card issuer if you are a new customer which may affect the timeframe of the delivery. The delivery process starts from the time an order is approved and the dispatch of your items by our warehouse, which usually takes up to 48 hours.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery comes in the agreed time in remote locations and we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays.

Tracking your Order

Once your payment has been processed, your order is going to be dispatched for shipment. At this time, you will receive an email from confirming your order and providing you with the tracking number and a link so that you can monitor the shipment status online.

Shipment Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery of your order, you are asked to check the box carefully BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

If for any reason the box looks damaged, altered or tampered with, you can either sign for the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse the package. After this, you would need to open a claim immediately with the shipping company and contact Nemozena.

In the event the parcel is not delivered to your address due to negligence from your side, such as wrong telephone number, calls not answered, absent at the address without notice, non-compliance with import regulations as per Nemozena commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Nemozena at your expense including any import fees that will be deducted from the refund, if any.


Please make sure that you have selected the correct shipping destination from the options displayed on the top left side of the Nemozena homepage. This will ensure that you are shopping with the right pricing, taxes and delivery costs.

VAT, import tax and duties differ from your shipping destination.

All relevant taxes such as VAT, import tax and duties are included in the product price shown. Indeed, we manage all the payments and process with legal authorities for a smooth shopping experience.

Delivery Insurance

All Nemozena shipments are insured against theft, loss and accidental damage at no additional cost to you. Once the parcel reaches you, the item is no longer covered by insurance.

In case you have specified that a different person from you will be receiving a parcel such as in case of a gift, you accept that a signature of that person (or someone at the delivery address) is evidence of delivery and of confirmation that your order has been fulfilled by Nemozena. As a result, this transfers the responsibility of your items onto you.
